Caringbah South's newest reimagined waterfront. This project integrates a master suite over the existing dwelling, designed with a form that compliments the unique original. The pedestrian entry was revitalised and made more prominent through the design of the off-form concrete carport filled with spill overplanting. The floor plan was rationalised, creating more modern-sized spaces, breathing a new life into this established home.
