At the top of the hill in Yowie bay, an amazing gumtree is retained and a broad stretch of modern architecture resides next to it, with the intention of being around as long as the tree has.

Stone and timber are the focal elements in this project, banded together through the white horizontal elements.

Construction is due to commence in 2021.
