This collection of six townhouses was an extremely difficult project due to the multiple changes in development patterns on all three sides of the site. Overlooking, privacy, and overshadowing were of particular concern of the 110m long site.

A simple mixture of quality materials and landscaping down the driveway, creates continual interest down the site, with simplistic architectural forms providing the backdrop.
