With a heritage item at the front of the property facing Glebe ave, the aim of this project was to maximise the commercial property whilst adding another use on the site - a studio office.
Recycled brickwork, monument vertical cladding with a rustic/industrial approach, activates the secondary frontage with the courtyard acting as a buffer between the old and new.
