The client's approach for this project was to create a suburb property sale record for a dual occupancy. Large expanses of glazing, voids and simple architectural forms make up the sculptural elements with quality fixtures and fittings used throughout the dwellings. The material pallet chosen is a mix of sandstone, timber, white frames and black accents, creating a simple composition, letting the design speak for itself.
This project has been completed and recently sold.
