This is one of the most elegant dual occupancies we have designed to date. A clean material pallet of white render, recycled brickwork, and timber has been integrated with clean line in both plan and perspective.

This duplex has a similar courtyard to one of our other projects called Elouera but on a grander scale. Having a beautiful succession of spaces - study, courtyard, dining, to pool, gives a real open feeling and flowing of spaces.

The client has had fabulous feedback, with respected real estate agents commenting that this was one of the best layouts they have seen in the shire.
