This detached dual occupancy explores the courtyard dwelling typology, breaking up the long building form on the ground floor. The sandstone cladding on the facade, along with the landscaping and timber screens,  frame the pedestrian and garage entry, softening the dark metal frames. 

Construction commenced mid-2017, due to be completed early 2018.
