About the Role

We are seeking a talented Admin Assistant to join the team 3-5 days per week.

 

We are seeking a talented office all-rounder who is enthusiastic, highly organised, adaptable and self-motivated with a strong eye for detail, strong communication skills and a great sense of initiative.

 

Ideally the candidate has a graphic design background and can use MS Suite and Adobe Suite proficiently too.

 

At 868 Architects, we offer a friendly and supportive office culture located in Miranda NSW. We understand Rome wasn't built in a day.

 

The right candidate must possess the following skills and experience

 

• At least 3 years' proven experience in a busy office environment

• Document and account management

• Liaising with external Consultants and Local Councils, as well as stakeholder management

• General administrative duties 

• The ability to multitask and prioritise

• Excellent time management skills

• Well-developed organisational skills

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to forward think

• A flexible and adaptive attitude

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite skills and knowledge, including Outlook, Word and Excel

• Knowledge of Social Media outlets, content creation

• Interest in graphic design and the adobe suite would be beneficial
