Presenting our first artist studio and gallery located in the green suburb of Heathcote. With the amazing bush outlook comes with it the Australian danger of bushfire and it's rigorous requirements. The proposed material pallet of Colorbond Matte black raised seam cladding and off-form concrete adheres to the BAL FZ requirements, alongside the bushfire shutters concealed in the building frame.
